Water cleansing pavilion (Mizuya)
Before entering the main temple grounds for worship, we clean our hands and rinse our mouths.
Way to worship：
- Hold a ladle in the left hand and draw some water. Pour water over and clean the right hand.
- Hold a ladle in the right hand and clean the left hand in the same way.
- Pour water on the cupped left hand to rinse the mouth, and quietly spit out the water on the base below.
- Return the ladle gently to its original place and continue to temple.
Note:The ladle is always used to draw water. Do not wash hands or rinse the mouth directly with the water.
