Japanese Silver grass（Susuki）

It is widely loved by the Jap anese as one of the "Autumn seven herbs".
In t he traditional ev ent to c elebrate au tumn harvest, viewing the moon ( Jugoya no Otsukimi), we decorate Japanese silver grass with 15 dumplings.
Seen through the sunshine, the ears of Japanese silver grass that flutters in the wind are shining in gold and silver, and are very beautiful.
