New Year's Celebration（Hatsu-mode）

Doors of the Main Hall open at 12 a.m., January 1st, to start the new year celebration. Many worshippers come at this time to pray for good health throughout the year.
Writing yearly goals, hopes, and prayers on votive tablets and then offering them up at designated places (by the worshipers) is believed to grant their wishes.

Note:The New Year's period from January 1st to the 7th is an especially busy time. Please allow extra time for your visit.
